Front Man Leo Nash from the world-famous rock band, Nash, is the last person on earth Samantha Williams would trust. She's already learned about loving a celebrity the hard way and isn't signing up for another lesson.
Every time Sam gives Leo attitude, he wants to knock that chip off her fragile little shoulder. What the hell did he ever do to her, anyway? He's not used to women treating him like he's poisonous, and he isn't about to let her run away every time he gets close. He's had enough of people running away to last him a lifetime...when this one runs, he gives chase. But, catching Sam isn't as hard as he thought.
The sexual attraction between them is so thick, Sam can practically hold it in her hand. There's no way she can deny herself the promise of pleasure being with Leo would provide. But, pleasure always comes with pain and when secrets are revealed and trust is challenged, who will run and who will chase?
Books that inspire me and why.
Thank
you for hosting me today! This is such a tough question because there have been
probably hundreds of books that have inspired me over the years. I’ll give you
the first three that come to mind.
3.
The Stanislaski Series by Nora Roberts – Okay, I cheated. This is many books. I
have no idea how many, but I believe it’s six. Nora writes a family saga like
no other I’ve seen before, and these books date back to the 80’s. I love this
family, how each story is complete, and we see the family members through out
the whole series. The romance is delicious and well told. I go back and re-read
these books every couple of years.
2. If You Stay by Courtney Cole – This book came
out earlier this year, and it is my favorite book for 2013 so far. Courtney
weaves a beautiful tale around something that is so not beautiful. She made me
fall in love with a man who was so damaged, so broken, and yet he was just so
kind and in love with his Mia. It’s a fantastic book.
1.On
Dublin Street by Samantha Young – This was my favorite book for 2012. I
absolutely admire and respect the level of emotion that Samantha achieved in
this story. I felt every high and low as though I was sitting right next to
those characters. I mean, I was ugly crying during the prologue, and I mean
that in a good way. Braden is just… edible. And Joss is likeable and relatable.
Loved it.
Thank
you again! I hope you enjoy Rock With Me! xoxo Kristen
